STEPS is a user-led community-based mental health organisation providing self help programmes for those suffering from issues such as social anxiety, agoraphobia, panic attacks, anger management, anxiety disorders, depressions and PTSD. Whether you struggle in social situations, are feeling stressed out or suffer from other mental health issues, you can receive on-going support from us. We'll sit down with you and together plan a course of action to help you deal with your problem. The therapy and support you receive will be arranged to suit your requirements and budget.
